Head Chef and Owner
Chef Mike was born and raised in Miami, FL and comes from a culturally mixed family of Cuban, Lebanese and American. He began his culinary career as a Pizza Maker for Chuck E. Cheese when he was 16 and has since then worked his way to Sous Chef at a couple world renowned Restaurants in Miami. Being that his creativity was limited, he realized he would need to be Executive Chef to be able to innovate and design his own Menu. Chef relocated to the treasure coast area with the vision of bringing international flair to the area, providing exemplary dishes and a phenomenal guest experience.
Our Event Process
1. Fill out our Event Questionnaire
Once you submit our event inquiry questionnaire, we will email you to schedule a call with us to go over food options, services, guest count and all information regarding your event. We respond within 24 business hours!
3. Secure your Deposit
When menu selections are confirmed, we will send you a link to our Guest Portal to view all event documents. There you will have access to pay your deposit (33%) and final payment.
2. Menu Selections
Next, we send over our wide range of menu selections and together, we cultivate the perfect menu for you and your guests. We customize selections to your preferences and dietary restrictions.
4. Final Confirmation
After deposit is paid, your date is locked and becomes our priority. We will schedule a call within one to two weeks prior to your event to confirm all important details.

have access to our guest portal containing all your event's menus, documents and invoices. With our super convenient payment processing system, payments are never a hassle.
